At Slip®, we want you to love your silk essentials as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original Slip® packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
